Narni Scalo is the most populated hamlet of Narni which is located at the western end of the Terni valley.

The town developed after the second world war around the train station of Narni, increased the number of inhabitants in relation with the birth of the industrial and economic activities.
In the heart of this characteristic hamlet is the green of the Bruno Donatelli Public Park, also known as Parco dei Pini.
Outside the village, on the Capitonese street, in La Quercia area, there is the massive Church of Madonna della Cerqua, while in the direction of Narni, near the Nera river, are worth to visit the Sanctuary of Madonna del Ponte, the remains of the Augustus Bridge (where start the cycle-pedestrian of the Gole del Nera) and the Mill of the Marquises Eroli.
